Spencer Youth
Spencer is a Southern California native and political strategist committed to making the political process more accessible and understandable for everyday communities. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an associate’s degree in fine and applied arts, bringing together policy knowledge and visual communication in his work. He has worked on both statewide and local campaigns across California, often engaging directly with voters and stakeholders in diverse communities. Drawing on both his artistic background and campaign experience, Spencer helps ensure messaging linearity and accuracy. He believes strong campaigns are built not only on strategy and data, but also on thoughtful communication that meets people where they are.
As a member of the AQMD Youth Leadership Advisory Council, Spencer helps advance youth-driven initiatives in environmental policy. Outside of politics, he enjoys following Manchester United FC and spending time on the golf course.
